Dear Job Seeker,
As we navigate the ever-changing landscape of job hunting, it is essential to stay ahead of the competition and make a lasting impression on potential employers.
Applying for jobs via email and LinkedIn is undoubtedly a great start, but we believe that taking a bold step to submit applications in person can set you apart from the crowd and increase your chances of success.
It is a great idea to be proactive and go the extra mile and apply in person.
Even if they don't have any openings at the moment, they might be able to connect you with someone who does. It is all about putting yourself out there and making connections. It also shows initiative, dedication, and willingness to go above and beyond to secure the position you desire.
To get started, we challenge you to make the most of this weekend and come up with a list of companies you are interested in. Research them thoroughly, learn about their values, mission, and the positions they offer.
Next week, take the bold step of drafting a personalized cover letter and resume for each company and visit their offices to deliver your application in person.
Remember, first impressions are crucial, so dress professionally, and be prepared to briefly introduce yourself and highlight your skills and qualifications. Be confident and courteous during your visit, and don't forget to express your gratitude for the opportunity to apply in person.
Wishing you all the best of luck on this exciting journey!
“…Every persistent person will receive what he asks for. Every persistent seeker will discover what he needs. And everyone who knocks persistently will one day find an open door.”
Luke 11:9-10 TPT
